Toe spreaders are an integral part of any foot and lower limb rehab program. They are designed to space the joints of the foot for greater room to move, while supporting the toes in this new position. Use for 30 minutes a day initially while up and about, and gradually lengthen time up to 2 hours as comfort allows. When you can comfortably wear them for 2 hours, you can reduce frequency of use.
